 Criterion Development Partners Appoints W. Pretlow Riddick as President
 

Dallas – August 23, 2004 - Criterion Development Partners today announced the appointment W. Pretlow Riddick as the company’s President.

With 14 years of experience at JPI Partners, Inc., Riddick served in a variety of positions including chief investment/development officer and regional managing partner. A seasoned real estate professional, Riddick has teamed with three other former JPI executives to form Criterion Development Partners, a real estate operating company specializing in the development, construction management, asset management and disposition of multifamily communities. The newly formed company currently has offices in Dallas and Boston.

Riddick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In 1999, Riddick founded the A Better Neighborhood Foundation to invest in faith-based CDC efforts in inner-city areas. He lives with his wife and three children in North Dallas.
