Criterion Announces Opening of Boutique Resort-Style Multifamily Community in North Dallas’ “Employment Corridor”

DALLAS, July 14, 2014Criterion Property Company, L.P. announced the opening of its newest residential development, VV&M Boutique Residential Living, featuring 310 residences, located at 5225 Verde Valley Lane, which is situated at the northwest corner of Montfort Road and Verde Valley Lane on the Addison/Dallas border.
