 Criterion Development Partners Appoints Andrew S. Kaye as Executive Vice President
 

Boston – August 25, 2004 - Criterion Development Partners today announced the appointment of Andrew S. Kaye as Executive Vice President and Principal.

A former regional managing partner and development manager with JPI Partners, Inc., Kaye also has experience as vice president, residential development with Diversified Funding, Inc. In addition, Kaye founded Combined Resources, a sole proprietorship specializing in residential income property redevelopment.

Kaye has teamed with three other former JPI executives to form Criterion Development Partners, a real estate operating company specializing in the development, construction management, asset management and disposition of multifamily communities. The newly formed company currently has offices in Dallas and Boston.

Pretlow Riddick. “Based on our prior experience working together and identifying high-value development opportunities, we believe this management team will produce projects that yield superior returns and service for our loyal customers, investors, vendors and employees."

Kaye has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Biology from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He also has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Kaye lives with his wife and three children in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
