 Criterion Development Partners Appoints C. Christopher Harris as Chief Financial Officer
 

Dallas – August 23, 2004 - Criterion Development Partners today announced the appointment C. Christopher Harris as the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal.

A former chief financial officer/partner with FirstWorthing (symbol), with previous experience in the real estate industry including positions with JPI Partners, Inc., Security Capital Group and Trammell Crow Residential, Harris has teamed with three other former JPI executives to form Criterion Development Partners, a real estate operating company specializing in the development, construction management, asset management and disposition of multifamily communities. The newly-formed company currently has offices in Dallas and Boston.

Harris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Real Estate Financial Executives Association, The Real Estate Council and the American Society of the Order of St. John.

Harris lives with his wife and two daughters in North Dallas.
